Our thorough recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certificates.

We offer Mandatory training and refreshers courses in Moving and Handling, Safeguarding Adult, First Aid and CPR, Infection Control and Health and Safety.
